Rank advancement/award speeches
Wait for obedience between commands. List and present each award after scout has come forward. Add descriptions or ask scout about the award as you see fit. For rank advancements, the scout should bring his mother forward. For Eagle Scout award, the scout should bring his mother and father forward.
