Accessibility Statement
Pivoters exists to help people 55 and older find work that fits. That only works if everyone can actually use the site: people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or prefer less motion on screen.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across pivoters.com. In plain terms, that means text with enough contrast to read comfortably, buttons and links large enough to tap, pages you can move through without a mouse, images with meaningful descriptions, and forms that tell you clearly what they need.
How we work on it
Accessibility is part of how we design. We build with larger default text, generous spacing, and high-contrast colors, and we check our pages against WCAG criteria as the site evolves.
Known limitations
We are a small team and the site changes often, so some pages may fall short in places we have not caught yet. When we find a problem, or you point one out, fixing it is a priority.
Tell us what's not working
If any part of this site is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, email us at support@pivoters.com. Telling us which page and what software you were using helps us fix it faster. We read every message.
